Jim Smith attended the University of British Columbia and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Science in Electrical Engineering. In 1988. He began his career working for British Columbia Hydro, ultimately serving as the Engineering Manager for the City of Vancouver. Jim subsequently relocated to Washington State and has served as the Engineering Manager for Klickitat Public Utility District since 1997. In that time, Jim has implemented the PUD’s SCADA system, specified and implemented the CWO/AMFM/GIS system, and designed or managed the PUD’s system improvement projects, including 230 kV transmission and substation projects. He is licensed in the State of Washington.
Mark Sager is a prominent lawyer with Sager Legal Advisors LLP and is the highly regarded former Mayor of West Vancouver and the Vice-Chair of the Greater Vancouver Regional District. Mr. Sager brings to the company significant experience and knowledge of every aspect of government operations along with his extensive business and legal expertise. Mr. Sager is well known for restoring one of B.C.’s oldest and largest resort marinas and has received numerous accolades including Citizen of the Year. Mr. Sager attended the University of British Columbia where he received Degrees in Philosophy and Law.
