Outage Tracking
The FusionGISTM Outage Tracking manager enables the utility to instantly assess and take action on trouble calls and accurately track performance of the utility response to outages as well as record the impact of those outages. The ongoing progress of the outage can be monitored directly from the desk of the call takers and dispatchers. Easy to use reports can be produced for performance measurement purposes.
Work Order Manager
The FusionGISTM Work Order manager allows for the access and tracking of work orders from inception (design) through to as-built, a plan to production merge, as well as an accounting “close”. The system allows work orders to be viewed, tracked, scheduled and reported on throughout the organization and throughout the work order process.
The tracking system makes the CWO information available to all required departments, allows schedule “holds” to be dealt with centrally and allows the CWO to be scheduled for inventory and for construction. The tracking system allows for electronic “checking” on the status of a CWO and the extraction of CWO statistics for management purposes.
